Information we use

• Contact and distributor forms: your name, email address and the enquiry details you provide; distributor enquiries may also include your phone number, company, address and business information.
• Newsletter: the email address you submit and your subscription status.
• Shopping: products and quantities in your basket, plus any personalisation choices or message you enter. These details are stored in your browser until you remove them or clear site storage.
• Checkout: we send selected products, quantities and any personalisation details to Shopify to create a checkout. You give delivery and payment details on Shopify's checkout, not in our contact forms.
• Technical and security information: information such as IP address, browser and device details, service logs and bot-check results generated when you use the site or submit a form.

Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and discuss distributor requests: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps requested before entering a contract.
• To prepare and fulfil orders: performance of a contract, or steps you request before one is made.
• To send newsletter emails: your consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or ask us to remove you.
• To keep the site working, remember cookie preferences and prevent abuse: our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Essential storage is used only where needed for these functions.
• To meet applicable recordkeeping or other legal duties: compliance with a legal obligation.

You do not have to provide optional form details, but we need the required fields to respond. Shopify needs the information requested at checkout to process an order.

Who we share it with

We use Vercel to host the website and to measure anonymous page views (Vercel Web Analytics), Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect forms, Resend to deliver contact and distributor enquiries to our inbox, Mailchimp to manage newsletter subscriptions, and Shopify for products and checkout. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

These services may process information outside the UK. Where a transfer needs a UK-approved safeguard, it must be covered by an applicable adequacy regulation or transfer mechanism. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your data.

Cookies and device storage

This storefront uses essential browser storage for your basket, a first-party cookie to remember your cookie choice for 180 days, and security technology for protected forms. An access-bypass cookie may also be used for authorised site administrators. The basket remains on your device until you clear it or your browser data.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. To understand which pages are useful, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or storing anything on your device, and without identifying you. Optional cookies are not enabled before you choose to accept them. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from using the shop or contacting us. If we introduce new optional tools, we will update this notice and ask for a fresh choice where needed.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to resolve them and manage any resulting business relationship. Newsletter details remain in Mailchimp until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Order information is kept for the time needed to fulfil orders and meet applicable tax, accounting and consumer-law requirements. Security records are kept only while needed to investigate or prevent misuse. We then delete or anonymise information unless a legal duty requires longer retention.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to certain uses, or request a portable copy. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time; this will not affect processing that happened before withdrawal. We do not use this storefront for decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
